We are pleased to inform you that on April 28, 2008, Unifeed Hi-Pro Inc. acquired certain assets of Gore Bros., Inc. and Gore’s Trucking, Inc. The acquisition includes the purchase of the feed mill in Clovis, New Mexico and the feed mill in Comanche, Texas; it does not include Gore retail locations. This acquisition expands our product line and services to provide solutions for our customers.

Hi-Pro Feeds has been a significant player in the Southwest USA for over 35 years. Extensive expansion, coupled with dedication to quality, value, and service have helped it grow to a complete-line feed company, which today serves more than 4,000 customers in seven southern and western states.

Through our transition, Unifeed Hi-Pro Inc. and Gore Bros., Inc. are committed to communicating with you the information you need to continue doing business without interruption. We are pleased that all of your contact people are still in place, Kenneth Harvick and Ronnie Gee will continue to be employed with Hi-Pro Feeds.

In addition, Hi-Pro and Gore Bros.,  will be combining the web site. We will keep you posted on our progress.
